Transportation, logistics and supply chain

Your freight paperwork, turned into data your TMS can use.

We embed a senior Fractional Deployed Engineer (FDE) with your ops and billing teams to build AI tools that work alongside the TMS you already run. AI drafts and flags. Your people decide.

The problems we hear

The load moved. The paperwork didn't.

Re-keying never stops.

Rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, and carrier invoices arrive as PDFs, scans, and photos. Someone types them into the TMS.

Accessorials slip through.

Detention, lumper, and layover charges live on receipts and driver notes. If you can't show the clock and the document, you can't bill it, or dispute it.

EDI covers the clean lanes.

Everything else lands in an inbox.

Dispatch runs on phone calls and spreadsheets.

Updates to customers get written one at a time.

Your TMS isn't going anywhere.

You need tools that work with McLeod, MercuryGate, or Trimble, not a replacement.

What we build

Built alongside your TMS

We build with your team, on your documents. Here's where each item stands today.

Freight document extraction.

BOLs, rate confirmations, PODs, and invoices into structured data (JSON) your team can review. We build the handoff to your TMS with you.

  • Build with you (the Phase 1 prototype typically starts here)

EDI alongside documents.

Bring load tender, status, and invoice data (EDI 204, 214, 210) together with the paperwork, so exceptions show up in one place.

  • Build with you

Dispatch workflow tools.

Less re-keying between dispatch, the TMS, and spreadsheets.

  • Build with you

Customer communication drafts.

Draft status updates and replies for your team to review and send.

  • Build with you

We sit alongside the TMS. It stays the system of record. Each TMS integration is built for your setup during the engagement. Nothing writes to production without a person approving it, and changes are staged first.

How the engagement works

Start small. See it work. Then build.

Phase 1: Operations & Data Readiness Audit.

About 2–3 weeks. We pick one workflow with you, for example rate confirmations into structured data. We build a working prototype on a sample of your documents, in your own environment (or ours, with your written approval), then give you a short readout.

Price: $4,000, credited toward Phase 2 if you continue.

Phase 2: Fractional Deployed Engineer.

A 90-day engagement, committed quarterly. Your FDE builds, integrates with your TMS through staging, and trains your team, shipping in short cycles. A person approves every change.

Price: $14,000/month, committed quarterly (90-day engagement).

Ongoing maintenance and improvement available after launch.

FAQ

Do you replace our TMS?

No. We work with McLeod, MercuryGate, Trimble, or whatever you run, and build the integration with you during the engagement. Your TMS stays the system of record.

Will AI post charges or invoices on its own?

No. AI extracts, matches, and flags. A person on your team approves every change, and changes are staged first.

We already use EDI. Why do we need this?

EDI handles the clean lanes. We focus on the remainder: the PDFs, scans, photos, and emails that still get typed in by hand.

What happens after the build?

Your team owns what we build, with documentation and training. Ongoing maintenance and improvement available after launch.

What freight document would you take off your team's desk first?

Start with a free intro conversation. Tell us the workflow. We'll tell you plainly whether a prototype makes sense.
