What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of the intellisolve.io website and of Intellisolve internal tools, including the Google Docs add-on Intellisolve Format this Doc.

Consulting and professional services

These terms do not cover consulting or other professional services. Intellisolve LLC provides those services only under a separate written agreement signed by Intellisolve LLC and the client, such as a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW). If these terms conflict with a signed MSA or SOW, the signed MSA or SOW prevails. Descriptions of offers or frameworks on this website are general information. They are not an offer to contract, and they do not create a services agreement. Service levels and support terms, if any, are set only in the signed MSA or SOW.

The Format this Doc add-on

Intellisolve Format this Doc is an internal tool for Intellisolve LLC staff with intellisolve.io Google accounts. It is published privately to the intellisolve.io domain only. It is not offered to the public or to clients. It is provided as-is, for internal use by authorized Intellisolve users only, with no warranty of any kind. How the add-on handles data is described in the Format this Doc section of our privacy notice.

Acceptable use

Use the website and these internal tools only for lawful purposes. Use the Format this Doc add-on only if you are an authorized Intellisolve user, and only on documents you are allowed to edit. Do not try to disrupt the website or tools, get around their security, or access them without authorization.

No warranty

The website, its content, and Intellisolve internal tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Internal tools, including Format this Doc, come with no warranty at all.

Decision-support tools

Some Intellisolve tools, such as the Smart Bid Leveler & RFI Generator's bid-comparison outputs, are decision support only. Their outputs are drafts for human review. A named human must review and sign off before any output is relied on, used in a contract, or published. Nothing publishes itself. When a tool is used in a client engagement, the signed MSA and SOW also apply.

Not professional advice

Website content and tool outputs are general information. They are not legal, engineering, financial, or other professional advice, and they do not replace review by a qualified professional. You are responsible for decisions you make based on them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Intellisolve LLC and its members, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, that arise from or relate to the website, its content, or Intellisolve internal tools, even if we were told such damages were possible. To the fullest extent the law allows, Intellisolve LLC's total liability for any claim that arises from or relates to the website or internal tools is limited to US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits, so some of these may not apply to you. Liability for consulting or professional services is governed only by the applicable signed MSA or SOW.

Third-party names

Google, Google Docs, Google Cloud, and Gemini are trademarks of Google LLC. Other product names on this website belong to their owners. Naming a product does not mean its owner sponsors or endorses Intellisolve or its tools.
